We offer a full satisfaction guarantee with all our printed products. If for some reason there is any defect with your custom printed order please let us know by email at help@onlineprinter.ca. All claims must be reported within 60 days of receipt of the order.
The typesetting, design, ink colours and paper selection have been predetermined to meet exacting corporate standards. We regret that we will not be able to deviate from any established layout. We do not accept responsibility for customer errors made when inputting the information for custom printed orders. Please be vigilant to see that there are no spelling or typing errors when placing your orders.
